I have written about the VoIP service myBlueZebra a couple of times in this blog.
Now I’m happy to announce that the new myBlueZebra portal released a few days ago is powered by Abbeynet through the Abbeyphone VOW engine.
This is a major release for myBlueZebra, because their service now offers much more than before. The call-me-back “Jajah-like” capability, that was the only available method to make calls through the web in the previous version, will be back in the following weeks, but now there are a couple of features that empower the new myBlueZebra service:
- web based PC to phone, available for Internet Explorer and Firefox
- ability to use third party SIP Softphones like iSoftphone, Counterpath or SJPhone
- ability to configure your ATA or IP Phone to use the service
- ability to use dual mode mobile phones like Nokia N95 or Nokia N80i to make cheap calls by using the integrated wifi connection
- new payment gateway
In a few weeks, the call-back capability will be available again together with a cheap web-based SMS service.
