TUAW points out that US people have declared to use the iPhone more as a computer than as a phone. I found myself using it as a powerful internet device rather than a phone.
It can mean two things:
1) iPhone is the latest demonstration that voice is just an application
2) iPhone is teaching other vendors that if you build/design it properly, people use it instead of their computer
I’m curious to see what will happen in other countries.
